ALICE NEREADY was an E-FRAME pilot in Exofleet. She took part in the battle against JONAS SIMBACCA'S pirate forces and in the first engagment against the Neo-Sapiens. Her whereabouts during the first year of the war are unknown. However it is known that she met and fell in love with JT MARSH, commander of Able Squad. It is unclear if they met before the start of the 2nd Neo-Sapien War or during it.
MARSH arranged for NEREADY to transfer to Able Squad. Her first mission was to be part of the group that would infiltrate Earth to kidnap the creator of the GRAF SHIELD. During entry into Earth's atmosphere, the dropship burned up and everyone had to bail out. NEREADY'S chute would not open and she fell to her death. MARSH deeply mourned for her and kept a picture of her in his cockpit as a reminder.
Sometime later, NEREADY'S body was recovered by the Neos. PHAETON used it in his experiments on cloning. He made a clone of NEREADY that possesed human outside with Neo inside. He also programmed the clone to assinate ADMIRAL WINFIELD the minute she saw him. The NEREADY clone went to Venus where she reunited with MARSH. MARSALLA found out her true nature and told MARSH. The clone went ahead and tried to fufill her mission but found herself in conflict with her memories of being an Exofleet pilot. She finally rammed her E-FRAME into a wall, killing herself rather than killing WINFIELD. It is unknown if any other clones of ALICE NEREADY exist.
