NEMESIS ENFORCER was a large bat-winged humanoid. He possessed great strength and two sharp spikes at the elbows on both arms. He was a servant of GOLOBULUS. His face was one of those engrained into SERPENTOR'S memory.
When both COBRA and a group of Joes discovered COBRA-LA, NEMESIS ENFORCER and some ROYAL GUARDS attacked and demolished the Joes. NEMESIS ENFORCER personally attacked Roadblock and dragged Snow-Job out of his Havoc. He took COBRA COMMANDER into custody and served as "baliff" at his "trial". Later he attacked and blinded Roadblock when he and COBRA COMMANDER were trying to escape.
NEMEIS ENFORCER was part of the group sent to free SERPENTOR from G.I.Joe custody. He savagely beat up GUNG-HO, ALPINE, and BAZOOKA. After COBRA COMMANDER'S trial, NEMESIS ENFORCER accompanied SERPENTOR back into the outside world. At the TERROR-DROME, he was asked to beat LT. FALCON but was prevented by SGT. SLAUGHTER. He attacked SLAUGHTER and used a strange organic thing to blind him. Their battle was interrupted by the bomb SLAUGHTER had placed in the TERROR-DROME.
NEMESIS ENFORCER took part in the assault to capture the BET. Later , when G.I.Joe attacked COBRA-LA in force, He had a rematch with SGT. SLAUGHTER. This time, SLAUGHTER got the upperhand and NEMESIS ENFORCER ended being hit several times in the gut. SGT. SLAUGHTER then tossed him into a bottomless pit. NEMESIS ENFORCER is currently presumed dead.
