RACE: Namek
FIGHTING SKILLS: uses same style as all Namek warriors,plus had power boost from GURU
1ST APPEARANCE: DRAGONBALL Z: ELDEST NAMEK
NAIL has spent all his life as a servant to GURU, the eldest namek. NAIL bears a striking resemblance to PICCOLO. When KRILLEN and GOHAN both visited GURU, they noted the resemblance.
NAIL stood by GURU to defend him while FRIEZA and his warriors cut a path of destruction throughout the planet. GURU ordered NAIL to go help the Earthlings in their battle against FRIEZA. NAIL complied at first, but then he detected FRIEZA heading towards GURU and he turned around and went back.
NAIL confronted FRIEZA and chalenged him to a one-on-one battle. FRIEZA accepted his challenge and the two fought on a deserted field. FREIZA savagely beat the warrior to near death. NAIL then revealed that their fight was a ruse to allow DENDE to get to the Earthlings and give them the password to summon the ETERNAL DRAGON. FRIEZA left the Namek warrior for dead.
A short time later, PICCOLO was revived by the DRAGONBALLS and came to NAMEK. He found NAIL half dead and the two performed a ritual that merged them together into one powerful being. The new enhanced lifeform then flew off to battle FRIEZA.
