JAN MORRIS is a well known actress and fashion model who was one of the VIPs attending the launch of the SDF-1. She got caught in the fold disaster and ended up stuck onboard the ship along with the other inhabitants of MACROSS ISLAND.
When the decision was made to hold the Miss Macross Beauty Pagent, JAN MORRIS and her manager, VAN TASSLEWOOD, thought it would be a good idea if she entered. During the event, fellow contestant MINMEI tried to ask for an autograph but was rebuked. JAN thought she had the contest in the bag. In a moment of poetic justice, MINMEI won. JAN MORRIS dropped out of sight after that and is rumored to have found religon.
JAN MORRIS was last seen at a party thrown in MINMEI'S honor. She had drunk alot of wine and she pestered MINMEI while the latter was trying to get some time to herself.
