MEOWDAR was a member of a group of freedom fighters fighting the Mechanized Empire on the planet LA METAAL. He kept with him a locket that contained a photo of his sister and was also a music box.
MEOWDAR rescued TETSURO when the latter was shot at upon arriving at LA METAAL. The two struckm up a friendship, and MEOWDAR showed him him the rebel base. He also told TETSURO the rumor that MATEL was the new ruler of the Machine Empire. For that he was punched in the jaw. He helped TETSURO get back to the 999. As they parted company, MEOWDAR made the boy promise to outlive him.
MEOWDAR was later captured by the GHOST TRAIN. TETSURO swore he heard MEOWDAR'S locket but could'nt find him. TETSURO later found him on the planet GREAT ANDROMEDA, in a pile of dead bodies that had just had their life energies extracted to make CAPSULE ENERGY. TETSURO took MEOWDAR'S body with him when he laeft the planet. MEOWDAR was later buried.
