ALLEGIANCE: civilian, always wants the truth (or so he claims)
ASSIGNMENT: reporter, last seen doing a story on Exofleet.
CHARLES MCKENA is a reporter who was assigned to do a story on Exofleet. He was present during the start of the conflict with JONAS SIMBACCA. When he heard rumors that KAZ TAKAGI had accidentally set off a bomb that killed a transport full of people, he tried to get an expose on it only to be told by KAZ'S buddies in Able Squad to take a hike. He tried to get on the bridge of the RESOLUTE during a fight only to have ADMIRAL WINFIELD tell him to get his camera out of his face. MCKENA was still with Exofleet when the Second Neo-sapien War started. However he has not been seen since. His fate is unknown.
