PROFESSOR KOACHIM was the assistant to DR WHEELO. Together they tried to take over the world only to imprisoned in ice. Fifty years later, KOACHIM somehow managed to break out. He found the DRAGONBALLS and wished to have his master freed. Reunited, the duo renewed their plans for world domination. KOACHIM created cyborg minions that he had kidnap MASTER ROSHI, BULMA, and PICCOLO. He brainwashed PICCOLO and had some cyborgs attack ROSHI to test his fighting power.
GOKU appeared and demanded his friends be freed. KOACHIM sent out his minions but they were all destroyed. GOKU attacked KOACHIM and WHEELO with the help of GOHAN and KRILLEN. The trio freed PICCOLO and soon the heroes and ROSHI attacked WHEELO. KOACHIM revealed he was a cyborg and transformed his arm into a cannon and started firing on KRILLEN. As the battle got out of hand, KOACHIM was tossed down a bottomless pit. As he fell, his body was hit by a large energy discharge and blew up. Moments later, WHEELO was destroyed by a SPIRIT BOMB.
