JODI was an agent of the ATF based at the Chicago branch. JODI accompanied BILL COLLINS to ATF SAFEHOUSE NO. 6 to track down their chief, GEORGE BLACK.

They got there to find BLACK dead and the place trashed. COLLINS found that the chief's body had been booby-trapped by his killer, Russian assassin NATASHA RADINOV. COLLINS warned JODI not to touch anything but he had already pressed redial on the phone. The two listened in as the phone connected them to SENATOR EDWARD HAINTS' office. COLLINS guessed the senator was in on the gun-running case he was working on. He also knew that RALLY VINCENT was walking into a trap. He ran from the house and told JODI not to touch anything else. JODI put the phone down and triggered a bomb. The house blew sky high and JODI was killed in the blast.
