POWERS: no powers, but they do wear these weird helmets which cool, but you can't understand a word they say.
The IDEA MEN are a group of criminals that wear suits and grey helmets. While the helmets are a nice touch, they prevent the crooks from speaking clearly. This has caused the IDEA MEN to carry signs with them. They ride around in a big blimp.
The IDEA MEN'S first big scheme was to go on a massive crimewave. They were fought several times by the just recently arrived TICK. They later threatened to blow up the city dam unless they were paid lots of money. The TICK attacked them and found outy they were planning to blow up the dam even if they were paid. He grabbed the bomb and held it away from the dam, saving THE CITY. The IDEA MEN'S blimp however, was destroyed.
The IDEA MEN reappeared when BRAINCHILD wanted to auction off the TICK. While they tried to outbid the other badguys present, AMERICAN MAID and ARTHUR borrowed their new blimp and used it to tear the roof off BRAINCHILD'S house.
The IDEA MEN are currently in hiding. But who knows when they'll strike next. Just remember avoid guys with funny helmets that garble their voices. Believe me, you'll thank yourself later.
