GARLIC JP is the son of a man who tried to vie with KAMI for the position of defender of the Earth. The evil in soul was very noticable and Garlic Sr lost the race. He went mad and tried to take it by force. KAMI'S predessor banished Garlic Sr to an inescapable limbo. GARLIC JR promised to avenge his father.
Gathering henchmen named GINGER, NIKKI & SANCHO, GARLIC JR gathered the DRAGONBALLS togetherand wished for immortality. GOKU came looking for GARLIC JR after his thugs kidnapped GOHAN. KAMI also showed up hoping to stop GARLIC JR. KRILLEN appeared to help GOKU and PICCOLO also came to get revenge on GARLIC'S henchmen for attacking him. The battle raged all over GARLIC'S castle. GOKU and PICCOLO killed GIMGER, NIKKI & SANCHO, and KRILLEN tried to protect GOHAN. GARLIC JR fought off KAMI and kept bragging about his immortality. Finally GOKU and PICCOLO attacked him at the same time. GARLIC transformed into a huge beast and fought back. He then tried to open a portal to another dark limbo. GOHAN displayed his awesome powers for the first time and pushed him in.
GARLIC JR came out of the Deazone again a few years later and almost conquered the planet. He was defeated by GOHAN, KRILLEN, and PICCOLO.
