1ST APPEARANCE: TRANSFORMERS: THE MOVIE
EXO-SUITS were created by the Autobots to protect their human allies from harsh enviorments. The suits also come equipped with weapons and transformation ability. The first person to use one was SPIKE. He wore it the entire time he served on MOONBASE ONE. His son DANIEL put on an EXO-SUITS to help the Autobots repair their ship after crashing on the planet of JUNK. He also used the suit to fend off two Decepticons. DANIEL used the suits blaster cannons to rescue his dad and several Autobots from death at the hands of UNICRON'S digestive system. The next person to put on an EXO-SUIT is JESSICA MORGAN. She wore one while accompanying the Autobots to CHARR.
When DANIEL had to become HEADMASTER partener to ARCEE, his armored form was made to look like an EXO-SUIT.
