ECLAIRE is Belgium's finest warrior for truth and justice. She and her sidekick, BLITZEN, keep the tiny country safe from all manner of evil. ECLAIRE was part of the superhero exchange program. She went to America while TICK took her place in BELGIUM.
In the USA, ECLAIRE helped ARTHUR stop a gingerbread rampage caused by the BREADMASTER. She also battled the BREADMASTER'S tank that was made out of gingerbread. ARTHUR was impressed by her skills has a superhero. TICK, meanwhile helped BLITZEN stop a plot by OCTO PAGINNI and the EASTERN BLOC ROBOT COWBOY to replace the King of Belgium with a robot double.
