POWERS: he has a huge head just boiling with lots of strange things and ideas
DR MUNG-MUNG is one the scientists who regularly attands the Annual Mad Scientists Convention. One year he introduced his creation, TONGUE-TONGUE, a creature made entirely out of tongues. He was caught in the madness that occured when PROFFESSOR CHOREDOME stole the brain-switching device created by DR JJ EUREKA VATOS. Unlike the others invovled, his brain was so intelligent he switched with himself. He accompanied everyone to the lair of CHAIRFACE CHIPPENDALE and helped in getting everyone's head on straight. (Sorry, I had to stick that joke in there.)
