POWERS: he has alot of lightbulb based weapons and a pig for a foot. (Say What??)
DEADLY BULB was born with a pig instead of one of his feet. This caused him to become evil and he wanted to take his rage out on the CITY. He made up a costume and went into buisness as the DEADLY BULB. His attack came at the same time TICK was being filmed live for the show Heroes. DEADLY BULB kidnapped the film crew and made them listen to his sad story. The TICK tried to rescue them but ended up in a giant light bulb with ARTHUR circling around him. TICK escaped and DEADLY BULB was brought to justice. Even better is that thousands of couch potatos got to see it on live television.
