CUI was an agent of FRIEZA. He was a long time rival of VEGETA. CUI went with FRIEZA to NAMEK to get the DRAGONBALLS. When VEGETA arrived onplanet, CUI was the first one sent to attack him.
CUI found VEGETA and started to make fun of his low power level. VEGETA revealed his learned to hide his power level. CUI panicked and tried to reason with VEGETA. The Saiyan said he only wanted to kill CUI. CUI tricked him and attacked while his back was turned. The attack failed and CUI was blown out of sky.
