The COSMO DRAGOON is a large hand pistol made to look like a western six-shooter. It is a rare and powerful weapon. TOCHIRO made only four copies. One person who owns a DRAGOON is CAPTAIN HARLOCK. Another DRAGOON owner is EMERALDAS. The third owner of a DRAGOON is TETSURO HOSHINO, who got the pistol from TOCHIRO'S MOTHER. The fourth owner is TADASHI DAIBA who, like HARLOCK and EMERALDAS, got his straight from TOCHIRO himself. The guns are powerful enough to kill a machine person instantly. Anyone holding a COSMO DRAGOON is immedialtely feared by some, respected by others. All four heroes apparently still have their guns.
(Note: The COSMO DRAGOON makes a reappearance in GALAXY EXPRESS 999: ETERNAL FANTASY. Some sources irroniously state that there are five DRAGOONS in existance.)
