COMMANDER ZURIEL is a starship commander assigned to the fleet of BREETAI. BREETAI ordered the commander to attack SDF-1in orbit of Saturn. ZURIEL engaged the ship in a furious battle that was made more difficult for the SDF because the PINPOINT BARRIER was preventing the MAIN GUN from firing. LISA HAYES then concocted the infamous DADELUS MANUEVER. ZURIEL was shocked to see the SDF'S "arm" smash through the hull and appear in his command center. Seconds later he was killed by a volley of missles. ZURIEL'S ship was soon destroyed by multiple internal explosions.
