POWERS: (4-LEGGED MAN) four legs and great leadership skills, (JUNGLE JANET) great strength and a cool leopard skin costume, (CAPTAIN MUCILAGE) gloves that can fire a lot of mucilage, (CARPETED MAN) a costume made out of carpet that allows him to conduct static electricity, (FERAL BOY) the ability to act like a loyal canine sidekick.
The CIVIC-MINDED FIVE is THE CITY'S best team of superheores. With the battle cry of "Let's make a difference!", they charge into any situation. In recent times they have teamed alot with the TICK. The first time, they helped him fight back a forest of mad trees. During the battle, CARPETED MAN fainted because he could'nt take the heat in his costume.
The next time, the FIVE helped the TICK, ARTHUR, DIE FLADERMAUS, and AMERICAN MAID fight the PROTO-CLOWN, The battle went sour and the gang ended up retreating to the headquarters of the CIVIC-MINDED FIVE. Even then PROTO-CLOWN followed and only an orbital drop from the TICK was able to defeat him.
Several members of the 5 were at the engagement party for DOT and DINOSAUR NEIL. During the party,4-LEGGED MAN ended up being one of the hosts for a renegade mustache.
In their most recent adventure, the CIVIC-MINDED FIVE fought bravely against the onslaught of BARON VIOLENT. However, the odds were stacked against them and 4-LEGGED MAN had to run to a pay phone to call TICK for help.
