However, he still takes part in the insanity that is the hallmark of theTank Police. When LEONA joined, CHAPLIN was one of those who actually showed her kindness. He even gave the inspiration to build BONAPARTE. In the mean time, he took part in the fight against BUAKU and in the free for all against BUAKU'S gang and the RED COMMANDO ARMY. When the Tank Police was scaled back, CHAPLIN was assigned to be driver #2 in BRETEN'S tank. In this capacity he fought against the fake HAGASHINADA'S SPIDER TANK. When the city was under siege thanks to DYNIPON GYNKEN, CHAPLIN answered helped answered phones despite the fact that the stress of doing so got to him.
