POWERS: no powers, but he does have alot guns. I mean alot.
BIG SHOT was for a long time THE CITY'S resident gun-toting maniac superhero. He would shoot things up like crazy and use bullets to form the outiline of a smiley face and the message "Have A Nice Day." His career ended when he went to go attack the IDEA MEN as they were about to blow up the city dam. In the middle of one of his rampages, he ran out of bullets and broke down into a stream of tears. ARTHUR comforted BIG SHOT as he wailed "Why didn't you love me mommy?!?!?"
This inspired BIG SHOT to seek help. He started visiting a shrink and learned to put all his anger in the "happy box." He went one night to the COMET CLUB and tried to share this view with BARRY and TICK as they battled over name rights.
Later BIG SHOT was hired by TICK to be photographer at the wedding of DOT and DINOSAUR NEIL. By this time, some of BIG SHOT'S old personality had come back and he would surprise guests by jumping in front of them with a camera and yelling "FREEZE!!!!!!!" He witnessed the wedding cake attacking one of the superhero guests and tried to help.
