BARRY is a big jerk whose dad just happens to be the owner of the COMET CLUB. BARRY made himself a costume and claimed he was a superhero named Tick. The real TICK came to the club and a fight over name rights started between the two of them.
The fight was stopped for a brief moment while TICK beat up the EVIL MDNIGHT BOMBER WHAT BOMBS AT MIDNIGHT. After the villian was hauled away, TICK resumed his battle with BARRY. He pounded the heck out of BARRY who, in a daze, claimed TICK has the winner.
