1ST APPEARANCE: ROBOTECH: BOOBYTRAP
ARMOR CRUISERS are square shaped ships used by the Robotech Defense Force. They were used to defend the Earth from orbit when the ZENTRADI arrived. By the time of the great battle against DOLZA, the ARMOR CRUISERS had disappeared. By the time of the Second Robotech War, other spacecraft had been manufactured and the ARMOR CRUISERS were probably retired. (Note: In the movie MACROSS: DO YOU REMEMBER LOVE?, two ARMOR CRUISERS served as the "arms" of the S.D.F.-1'S battle mode.)
