EARTH IS THE RING (DECEASED) MAJOR ULUBE was a member of the Neo-Japanese military and an ex-Gundam fighter. Before the start of the 13th Fight, He decided to use the power of the ULITMATE GUNDAM to take over known space. He attacked the KASSHU family, killing MRS KASSHU, and imprisoning DR KASSHU. KYOJI KASSHU escaped to Earth where the Gundam turned evil and became the DARK GUNDAM. During the battle, ULUBE recieved a wound that scarred the right side of his face. He then wore a metal plate to cover it up. ULUBE and his partner, DR MIKAMURA, lied to DOMON KASSHU, telling him KYOJI wanted to rule the world. ULUBE then sent DOMON to Earth with DR MIKAMURA'S daughter RAIN. MAJOR ULUBE watched from afar as DOMON battled in the 13th Fight and chased after his brother. ULUBE then went to Hong Kong for the finals. When it appeared that the DARK GUNDAM had arrived in Hong Kong, ULUBE left the area. He did send the RISING GUNDAM to the Neo-Japan team. Afte DOMON triumphed in both the Gundam Fight and in his battle with the DARK GUNDAM, ULUBE finally revealed his true intentions. He took the DARK GUNDAM to Neo-Japan, shot DR MIKAMURA, and sacrificed RAIN to be the living power unit for the DARK GUNDAM. He used the DARK GUNDAM to take over Neo-Japan and attack the Earth. DOMON and the other members of the SHUFFLE ALLIANCE attacked the DARK GUNDAM from the inside while other Gundams from various nations battled it on the outside. ULUBEinfected himself with DG CELLS, then he tracked down the SHUFFLE ALLIANCE and attacked them using the GRAND MASTER GUNDAM. Despite his incredible power, the SHUFFLE ALIANCE was able to deafeat the GRAND MASTER GUNDAM by combining their powers. The explosion tossed ULUBE out of the GUNDAM'S cockpit. He then heard DOMON in agony over having to consider the idea of killing RAIN to stop the DARK GUNDAM. ULUBE'S last words were a manical laughter over DOMON'S suffering.
