| RIDING BEAN VOICE ACTOR: J. Patrick Lawlor OCCUPATION: getaway driver/mercenary BASE: apartment in Chicago 1ST APPEARANCE: RIDING BEAN The past of the man known as RIDING BEAN is unknown. The facts that are availiable are as follows: His name is apparently Bean Bandit. He also goes by the working name Road Buster. He sells his services out as a driver. His partner is a woman named RALLY VINCENT. He drives a porsche called BUFF. He wears a jacket, jeans, and headband made of kevlar. He gets mad whenever anyone says or does anything negative to his car. He hates it when a child is endangered. His most frequent adversary has been police inspector PERCY. BEAN was hired to help in a robbery. The next day a man named MORRIS GREY hired him to return CHELSEA GRIMWOOD to her father. As it turns out, BEAN was set up to take the blame for her kidnapping. He and Rally were unable to shake off their pursuers long enough to take the girl home. They then ran into SEMMERLING, the woman who hired BEAN for the robbery and set him up. They chased her and her accomplice CARRIE into a parking garage. BEAN attacked SEMMERLING and told her he wanted her dead. SEMMERLING tried to shoot him but CARRIE told her to just give up instead. SEMMERLING balked at the idea and shot CARRIE in the arm. However, SEMMERLING hadn't noticed that the car behind her was leaking gasoline. Sparks from her gun hit the gas and SEMMERLING was killed in the explosion. BEAN survived and returned CHELSEA to her father. (Note: BEAN appears in the GUNSMITH CATS mangas.
