RALLY VINCENT is a young woman with an affinity for firearms. She owns a rather large collection of various guns in her house and runs her own gun shop, "Gunsmith Cats". Her most prized possesion is a SHELBY GT500 COBRA. At one point in her life she decided to become a bounty hunter. Before or during this period, she met and befriended a young girl named MINI-MAY HOPKINS. The two became partners despite the fact they tend to drive each other nuts.
The most recent case the two were involved in started out as a simple drug bust. RALLY had heard from her friend BECKY FARRA about a drug dealer named JONATHAN WASHINGTON. She caught and WASHINGTON but found out later he was actually a gun runner. At the same time, she was approached by BILL COLLINS, an agent of the ATF. She cut a deal with COLLINS to work him on uncovering a conspriracy to control all the guns in Chicago in exchange for his looking over the violations she commited by having her large personal gun collection.
RALLY set up a meeting with WASHINGTON in one of his warehouses. She was shocked to find COLLINS there. WASHINGTON said his boss wanted COLLINS shot. RALLY double-crossed WASHINGTON, freed COLLINS, and fought off WASHINGTON'S goons. WASHINGTON was taken into custody by the ATF. He tried to tell RALLY that his life was in danger but hse didn't believe him. He snuck a watch he claimed was for his daughter into MINI-MAY'S jacket. RALLY and MINI-MAY later found out that the watch actually contained a secret code that enabled them to find the warehouse list that was hidden in a website called HOT BUTTS.NET.
In the meanwhile, WASHINGTON was killed by NATASHA RATINOV. RALLY ran into during a shootout at a warehouse. The russian assasin kidnapped MINI-MAY. RALLY and BECKY followed her in the COBRA and engaged in an early morning chase down the Chicago freeway. The chase ended when MAY escaped and RATINOV'S car exploded. RALLY'S battle gained media attention and SENATOR HAINT invited her and MAY to a politcal rally he was holding.
In actuality, HAINT was behind the gunrunning scheme. He told RATINOV to kill the girls at the rally. RATINOV failed and RALLY and MAY chased her into an abandoned museum. RATINOV wounded them both but they were still able to beat her. RATINOV escaped death one more time and tried to kill RALLY with an axe. RALLY'S arm froze and she found herself unable to fire her gun. BILL COLLINS appeared and shot of the blade to RATINOV'S axe. RALLY'S arm then snapped back to life and she shot RATINOV in the chest at point blank range.
RALLY has since recovered from her injuries and has gone back to work.
