| QUINTESSA LOCATION: somewhere inbetween Earth and CYBERTRON 1ST APPEARANCE: TRANSFORMERS: THE MOVIE (DESTROYED) QUINTESSA was a metallic world teeming with robotic life that resembled organic life such as fish, octopi, and plants. The planet was used as the base for the race known as the QUINTESSONS following their exile from CYBERTRON. It is unknown if they built the planet or just settled on it. In 2005, HOT ROD, KUP, WHEELIE, and the DINOBOTS became the first living things ever to leave the planet alive. Later on KUP, SPIKE, and ULTRA MAGNUS were captured by SHARKTICONS and brought to QUINTESSA. RODIMUS PRIME lead a group to free them. The QUINTESSONS fled the planet and then blew up to prevent the Autobots from escaping. The Autobots were fortunately able to escape. The QUINTESSONS have meanwhile use several smaller bases.
