| PRESTON VOGEL VOICE ACTOR: Peter Scolari SPECIES: Human OCCUPATION: aide to HALCYON RENARD 1ST APPEARENCE: GARGOYLES: OUTFOXED PRESTON VOGEL has been the assistant and aide to HALCYON RENARD for years. Whe PUCK came to the human world, he used PRESTON VOGEL as his model for OWEN BURNETT. Unlike PUCK/OWEN, PRESTON has stayed by HALCYON'S side and is considered a loyal employee of Cyberbiotics. PRESTON VOGEL was part of FOX'S scheme to bring down FORTRESS 2. He sabotaged the robots maintaining the airship then pressed his employer to abandon ship and destroy it despite the fact that its destruction would bankrupt him. When it became clear that HALCYON was staying onboard, VOGEL helped him regain controlof the ship. With a little help from GOLIATH, he also confessed to the sabotage. RENARD forgave him. VOGEL also aided his boss in his attempts to gain control of the GOLEM. Afterwards, he took control of Cyberbiotics' operation in the rain forests of Guatelmala. When the Gargoyles living there began to attack the operation, VOGEL hired JACKAL and HYENA to deal with the problem. After they were defeated by the Guatemalan Gargoyles and those that were on the AVALON WORLD TOUR, VOGEL fired them and terminated the rain forest project. PRESTON stood by HALCYON RENARD'S side when the latter tried to defend his newborn grandson against being taken by OBERON. They tried to attack the fairy king with FORTRESS 2 but were repulsed. Both survived the experience. PRESTON VOGEL is still working for HALCYON RENARD as of this day. (Note: Peter Scolari starred with Tom Hanks in the comedy series Bossom Buddies.
