She joined the Earth Federation military at a young age and became a member of OZ. There she met ZECHS MERQUISE. She fell in love with him although he rarely, if ever, showed her any real affection. She went on become Commander of the OZ LAKE VICTORIA BASE. When WUFEI attacked the base, NOIN chased him down in an ARIES. WUFEI got the best of her using only a bag of grenades. She left VICTORIA and joined ZECHS in his hunt for the Gundams. She knew of his attempt to rebuild the WING GUNDAM but told no one. She was then made to guard RELENA DARLIAN. She grew to respect RELENA and took pride in defending her. Her duties to RELENA and ZECHS came into conflict when RELENA stormed into the battle ZECHS was having with HEERO. NOIN told RELENA about who ZECHS really was and then escorted away. After ZECHS disappeared, NOIN joined RELENA in recreating the SANC KINGDOM. Despite the nation's pacisifism, NOIN assembled a military to try to defend it. When the Kingdom collapsed, she and QUATRE headed into space. There she tried to reconcile with WUFEI only to have him rebuke her. She did join SALLY PO and HOWARD aboard PEACEMILLION. When the Gundams got into the middle of the conflict between White Fang and TRIEZE, NOIN refused to fight because she didn't want to harm ZECHS. Instead, she just observed. In the year following, NOIN became a member of Preventer under the name Fire. She and SALLY PO helped DUO and HEERO investigate the BARTON FOUNDATION. When the Foundation attacked, NOIN was reunited with ZECHS as the two helped the Gundams fight off Foundation forces. At the end of the conflict, NOIN left with ZECHS to start a new life together.
