| MUELLER VOICE ACTOR: Marc Smith OCCUPATION: Recruitment officer for DYNIPON GIKKEN BASE: branch office for DYNIPON GIKKEN 1ST APPEARANCE: NEW DOMINION TANK POLICE: CHARLES BRETEN, MASTER DETECTIVE (DECEASED) MUELLER was working for COLDSMAN while the latter was still employed by DYNIPON GIKKEN. He was charged with creating a force of cyborg slaves. MUELLER himself is a cyborg due to his artifical arm, however it is unknown if he was given his arm by COLDSMAN. The cop known as CHARON found out about MUELLER'S operation and tried to infiltrate. MUELLER tried to transform her into a slave but she fled. MUELLER found her and strangled her to death. CHARON'S partner LEONA went rogue to track her killer down. MUELLER found her and tried to brainwash her but AL and CAPTAIN BRETEN appeared at the last second. MUELLER fled but was stopped when FOUR-EYES fired a tank shell that destroyed his cyborg arm. MUELLER was then sent to prison to await trail. He was freed by an attack by an AST. He led a gang in a bank robbery and later tried to meet with COLDSMAN in a square. LEONA appeared and MUELLER pretended to hold COLDSMAN hostage. He then fled in COLDSMAN'S car with LEONA in pursuit. LEONA had to break off the chase to get MAYOR WEATHERBY to the hospital. MUELLER was found a short time later dead in his car from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. Some theorize that he was killed on COLDSMAN'S orders as punishment for his failures and it was only made to look like suicide. Unfortunately, COLDSMAN himself died in an explosion of his private jet so the truth remains a mystery. (Note: MUELLER appears in the GHOST IN THE SHELL manga.)
