LIVIA

LIVIA was Neo-Sapian woman who was part of PHAETON'S command staff. She was an intelligent woman with an excellent mind when it came to military planning. However most of her time was spent serving as aid to Neo leader PHAETON.

LIVIA was part of the delegation that visited Chicago before the start of the war. She showed disgust when she saw the young man, PICASSO draw anti-Neo graffiti. PHAETON simply laughed and said he liked the boy's idea of putting horns on the drawings head and thought it would be a good idea for genetic research.

For the first part of the war, LIVIA was behind the scenes. After PHAETON contracted Auto Mutation Syndrome from his injuries following the destruction of OLYMPUS MONS, LIVIA was made his most trusted of advisors and started to handle more and more military duties. the only drawback of her new power was that the NEO-MEGAS tried to use her as a scapegoat during their plot to kill PHAETON. The plan failed and LIVIA was freed.

After SHIVA failed too many times in battle, LIVIA took over as commander of Earth's forces. The position made her the second most powerful person in the empire. She made her mission to hold the line as Exofleet began to take back more and more territory. She also began to notice that PHAETON became more and more suicidal and he was planning to destroy Earth rather than let Exofleet have it back. She meanwhile led a mission to destroy a train hijacked by the Chicago resistence.

She found out that the train was used to attempt to blow up a Neo facility that creating anti-matter weapons. When Exofleet began their invasion of Earth, LIVIA rallied her forces to hold the line. She was then shocked to see that PHAETON had used anti-matter to build a doomsday weapon. She sabotaged it but PHAETON found out and her arrested. He later told her that because she was so loyal to him, hew found it unnessecary to clone her. He then had her killed.
