| STALKER VOICE ACTOR: Arthur Burghardt ALLEGIANCE: G.I.Joe SPECIALTY: ranger 1ST APPEARENCE: G.I.JOE: REAL AMERICAN HERO STALKER is one of the first members of GIJoe and the team's first African-American member. He is one of those that served as Duke's advisor's during the team's early days and he is capable of leading missions when called to do so. STALKER was part of the effort to to defend the Joe airfield from attack by MAJOR BLUDD. Afterwards, STALKER joined with SCARLETT and SNAKE-EYES in breaking into the holding facility of the RELAY STAR SATELLITE in order to test its defenses. He and the others ended up battling Cobra and saw them use the MASS DEVICE to not steal the satellite but kidnap DUKE as well. STALKER became part of the planning team that aided DR VANDEMEER in creating a second MASS DEVICE. He then took part in the operation to obtain a sample of heavy water from the ocean floor. When Cobra threatened to destroy New York City, STALKER faked a broadcast that stated GIJoe was surrendering in order to buy the Joes more time to perform Operation: Big Lift. During the invasion of Cobra Temple, STALKER manned the controls of a MOBAT tank. STALKER manned the guns of a VAMP as part of the convoy guarding the laser core. He was part of the effort to defend Washington DC from the WEATHER DOMINATOR. He also took part in attacking Cobra Temple. A year later, he took part in battling Cobra's PYRAMID OF DARKNESS. STALKER was part of the group LADY JAYE led to protect an anti-terroism conference. He battled ZARTAN and defeated him by opening a sunroof. He was part of a group that investigated Cobra's connection to a street gang that was trying to rig a mayoral election. He was one of the Joe who went outlaw in response to the actions taken by synthoids disguised as the generals that oversee the Joes operations. STALKER served with HAWK abroad a C-130 during the Joes attempt to stop the creation of SERPENTOR. He later took part in the battle of the Statue of Liberty and in defending Joe base when the DREADNOKS came to free SERPENTOR. He was part of the battle of COBRA-LA. He still serves on the team today. (Note: STALKER'S past as a gang leader in Detroit is mentioned in the comics and his filecard. The cartoon never mentioned it. STALKER was the first African-American figure made for the toys.
