| EARL OF DARKWOOD VOICE ACTOR: none RACE: human with special powers OCCUPATION: would-be ruler of the universe 1ST APPEARENCE: INTERSTELLA 5555 (DECEASED) The EARL OF DARKWOOD was the child of a nobleman who was killed when a meteor crashed to Earth. the meteor gave the EARL immortatlity and gave him access to knowledge about how to reach other parts of the universe. He mastered advanced technology and created a startship which he used to venture out into the cosmos and kidnap aliens with musical talent. He would brainwash them and then over work them. He would then toss the aliens in a pit and the energy released would create a golden album. DARKWOOD hoped to amass 5555 of them so he could have enough power to take over the universe. In recent times, the EARL'S forces kidnapped an alien band and brainwashed them into becoming an Earth band called the Cresendolls. Another alien named SHEP rescued most of the band but the EARL stopped him before he could free the STELLA, the bass player. The EARL later accompanied her to an awards show where she was freed by bandmates BERYL and OCTAVE. Meanwhile, SHEP died from wounds suffered during his rescue of the rest of the band. The band buried SHEP and confronted the EARL in his own manor. The EARL had STELLA placed in a giant machine and recieved the 5555th record. ASPERGIUS freed STELLA and the EARL fell into the pit before he could use the record. His manor fell apart and the great machine was destroyed. the EARL'S spirit lived on and he attacked the band has they were in hyperspace trying to get back home. SHEP'S spirit appeared and wrestled with EARL. He overcame the EARL and hauled him off to parts unknown. the band made it home and the EARL'S spirit has never been seen again. It is assumed it has passed beyond this plane of existense and will never be seen again. (Note: The EARL OF DARKWOOD is apparently not part of Leijiverse continuity.)
