| DUSTY AYRES ALLEGIANCE: to his feelings of vengenance ASSIGNMENT: killer 1ST APPEARENCE: ROBOTECH: HIRED GUN (DECEASED) DUSTY AYRES was a member of the military when the Invid took over Earth. He was fighting them with his friends when they were overrun and DUSTY was taken prisoner. His friends saw him get captured but did nothing. The reasons were never revealed. In any event, DUSTY was examined by the Invid who wanted to know about human biology. They took out parts of his right side and replaced them with bio-technological parts. The Invid didn't use any form of anesthetic and DUSTY was consumed by the pain. DUSTY somehow was freed and when he found out his friends let him be captured, he went on a killing spree. he soon gained a reputation for being a heartless killer. When SCOTT BERNARD came to the area, he agreed to take part in a search for DUSTY. DUSTY was found by ROOK BARTLEY who tended to wounds he had and saw one of his artificial parts. He told his story and of how he wanted to repay his friends for their betrayal. She asked him not to hurt any of her friends. Soon he went gunning for the remaining people he wanted and ended up in a battle with SCOTT and his group. ROOK interrupted the fight and told DUSTY he'd have to shoot her instead of her friends. DUSTY put an end to the fight and just has he was about to say more, an Invid trooper appeared. It fired and DUSTY jumped in front of the blast. The blast disintegrated DUSTY leaving no trace.
