| BILL COLLINS VOICE ACTOR: Rob Mungle OCCUPATION: ATF agent, Chicago branch BASE: ATF Chicago branch 1ST APPEARANCE: GUNSMITH CATS: NEUTRAL ZONE BILL COLLINS is one of the ATF's most notorious members. he is known for being able to get on the nerves of all around him. COLLINS was put on a case to uncover a gunrunning plot in Chicago. He hired RALLY VINCENT to help him. Since he used blackmail to do it, RALLY and her partner, MINI-MAY hated his guts. On his own, he investigated a warehouse run by JONATHAN WASHINGTON. He was caught at the same time RALLY met with WASHINGTON. The gunrunner wanted RALLY to shoot COLLINS as a show of good faith. RALLY double-crossed him and freed COLLINS. The two then fended off an entire warehouse till help arrived. COLLINS was called off the case when NATASHA RADINOV used his id card to break into a safehouse and kill WASHINGTON. He pursued it anyway and stopped RADINOV from killing RALLY during a shootout. COLLINS eventually found out that his boss, GEORGE BLACK, was part of the conspiracy. He and another agent named JODY tracked BLACK to an abandoned safehouse. They found BLACK dead and the place trashed. COLLINS found out the plot led straight to the office of SENATOR EDWARD HAINT. Knowing RALLY was meeting with HAINT, he raced to catch her. However, he caught in a blast caused by explosives left by RADINOV. JODY was killed and COLLINS was wounded. He recovered enough to make to rally held by HAINT and stop another attempt by RADINOV before fainting. He recovered his wits again just long enough to shoot the blade off an axe that RADINOV was about to use to kill RALLY. BILL COLLINS' current whereabouts are unknown.
