| CAINE THE LONGSHOT VOICE ACTOR: none, does'nt speak OCCUPATION: sniper and member of the GUNG-HO GUNS WEAPON OF CHOICE: sniper rifle with an extremely long barrel. Also carries a six shooter. 1ST APPEARENCE: TRIGUN: DEMON'S EYE (DECEASED) CAINE THE LONGSHOT was a member of the GUNG-HO GUNS. He was known for being a perfect shot with his sniper rifle. The long barrel helped him fire great distances and it came equppied with a powerful telescopic lens. CAINE took part in the massacre of half the members of the RODERICK GANG. During the battle, he laid down on a mountain top and picked off members at a distance. In the aftermath, he stayed on the mountain and did not joy his comrades. CAINE was later part of CHAPEL'S plot to kill VASH. He perched himself outside of the town VASH was staying and shooting. VASH went after him and was able to guess where he was by timing his shots. he then tricked CAINE by putting his jacket on a decoy which he sent off in a car. CAINE destroyed the car but his rifle was damged by VASH. VASH told CAINE to surrender. CAINE responded by taking out his six-shooter and shooting himself in the head.
