BASE: Unknown location in Newport City 1ST APPEARANCE: DOMINION TANK POLICE (THE BOSS is deceased) MR BIG is an unknown goverment official who became a major crimelord in Newport City. Rather than risk exposing his true identity, MR BIG hired a man known only as THE BOSS to speak on his behalf to all his cronies. THE BOSS sent BUAKU and his gang to steal urine samples from a hospital working on research into finding a cure for the Bacterial Cloud. When the first attempt failed thanks to the Tank Police, MR BIG had THE BOSS hand BUAKU and the PUMA TWINS three tanks equipped with the ULTIMATE DETERRANT SYSTEM. Most of the tanks were stopped but LEONA, AL, and BRETEN managed to catch up to the crooks by riding in on BONAPARTE. The three reached BUAKU just as he was meeting with THE BOSS. Both sides faced a standoff until one of the PUMA TWINS sneezed. LEONA freaked and fired off a cannon shell that brought the roof down on everyone's head. THE BOSS was killed in the collapse but everyone else survived. MR BIG continued to give BUAKU orders this time using the PUMA TWINS has his mouthpieces. However, BUAKU eventually left the planet.
