Hunneeboo2's Debute

I have always loved music. I use to sing all the time. My first solo was in Church,"Thank you Lord" was the title of the song. It was a short sweet children's song. I actually have an audio tape of my"first debute." In the background of the tape, you can hear me counting the beats of the music.
Remember Him Girls?
Two men who really encouraged me in school. They really helped mold my confidence. Thank you,
Mr. Wegienka, and Mr. Kasputis.
This is a picture of me singing my first solo in school. I was a fifth grader at Barrow Elementary School. I sang a song titled "The Unicorn." I can still remember most of the words, if you are lucky maybe you can here a tidbit of me singing it once in awhile.
I sang all the way through high school. As I grew older, I realized "I can't sing!" I may sound nice, but there is so much more to music. So, now I sing for myself.
Choir did give me a chance to experience every type of music. I can still sing along with all of the tunes I learned. I don't have one favorite type of music. I am open to just about anything.
I am sorry to say I am stuck in the "80's". Sometimes, I hear one of these classic tunes on the radio remade. I just sit back and think "Man I am getting old."
I sang the national anthem at the homecoming game. That is a neat experience to have. The song started with Laura and I singing, then half way thru (the hard part) she stopped singing. And I finished the song myself...
This pic will forever hang on the wall of the choir room.
Freshman year they took a class photo in these dorky robes...we never wore ROBES...
I was also in
Flag Corp.

Parades, trips, competition, camp, and football games.
I had a blast...
