Scripture against satan's accusations and lies... |
|
|
|
Revelation 12:10 (NIV) "Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say: 'Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ. For the accuser of our brothers, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down.'" |

1. You are not good enough? Too sinful! Your response? Your right!
Romans 3:23 (NIV) "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."
Isaiah 64:6 (NIV) "All of us have become like one who is unclean, and all our righteous acts are like filthy rags; we all shrivel up like a leaf, and like the wind our sins sweep us away."

2. You are "stupid."
James 1:5-8 (NIV) "If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him. But when he asks, he must believe and not doubt, be cause he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. That man should not think he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all he does."
Psalm 139:14 (NIV) "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well." |

3. No one would love you if they really knew you. Keep your guard up. Keep your sins secret. You need to live in the dark.
1 John 4:18 (NIV) "There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punisment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love."
James 5:16 (NIV) "Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may he healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective."
1 John 1:7 (NIV) "But if we walk in the light as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin." |
