Sautéed Pork Liver

1 1/2 Lb pork liver
1 onion sliced
4 oz lard
bunch of parsley chopped
2 Tbs paprika
1 Tbs marjoram
salt and pepper to taste
Cut pork liver in strips while you
sauté the onions in the lard. Add
liver strips and brown. When the
liver is browned add the pepper,
paprika and marjoram. Add some
parsley and salt to taste. Serve
immediately with mashed potatoes
and a salad.
