Pork and Vegetable Stew
Sertestokany
2 Lbs pork cut in 1" cubes or long strips
2 Tbs lard or butter
1 or 2 onions chopped
2 or 3 cloves of garlic minced
1 cup white wine
1 Tbs flour
salt and pepper to taste
3 or 4 Tbs tomato paste
Coat meat with flour and brown in lard.
Sauté onions till soft. Combine meat,
onions, tomato paste, wine, salt and pepper
and some water. Simmer till meat is tender.
Serve with rice, potatoes, or dumplings.
