Cold Chive Sauce
Metelohagyma Martas Hidegen

3 yolks hardboiled
3 tbs salad oil
1 tbs vinegar
2 tbs chopped chives
salt & pepper to taste


Press the yolks of three hardboiled eggs

through a  fine sieve and mix with salad
oil, vinegar, chives and season salt and

pepper. Serve with Fish.
