Caraway seed with poached eggs

2 tbs vegetable oil
1 tbs caraway seeds
2 tbs flour
1/2 tsp paprika
2 cups chicken broth
salt
4 eggs (quail eggs optional)
Heat oil in pot and add caraway seeds and
stir until they crackle and begin to pop.
Sprinkle flour into pot while stirring until
mixed well. Quickly add paprika, then the
two cups of broth and 2 cups of water. Salt
to taste and boil for 20 minutes. Strain soup
and return to pot, once simmering add eggs
carefully to keep whole. Poach for two minutes
and serve. Yolk should still be soft
