Baked Asparagus
Sparga Pudding

1-2 Lbs asparagus
bread crumbs
1 cup sour cream
1 egg yolk
1 tbs flour
salt to taste
1/2 tsp sugar

Boil asparagus halfway in salted water.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Butter a pan
and sprinkle dry bread crumbs on bottom
and sides shaking out the excess. Blend
the sour cream, yolks, flour, salt and sugar.
Add asparagus to the pan and pour in sauce
and top with bread crumbs and some butter.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until the top is
slightly browned.
