the name of ALLAH" so as to include ALLAH in this communiqué between us,
and with the hope of evoking and securing ALLAH's Mercy and Guidance, since he
whom ALLAH guides can never be mislead, and he whom ALLAH misleads has no
guide. It is my hope that we should end with ALLAH.

All praise belongs to Allah, Lord of the WORLDS. We praise Him,
seek His aid, seek His forgiveness. And we seek refuge with Him from the wicked
[promptings] of our souls and the evil [consequences] of our deeds. And I bear
witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah alone and I bear witness
that Muhammad is His slave and His messenger.
TO
JIHAD OR NOT TO JIHAD?(revised)
There is still no proof that Muslims were
behind September 11 disasters. But once again, the powers of the world have
flipped their "double-headed-coin" to suit their whims and fancies.
What happened to the "democracy" they supposedly advocate? What
happened to their human-rights policies? What happened to "INNOCENT UNTIL
PROVEN GUILTY"? I thought that THE FBI and CIA were efficient in
investigating such atrocities! In their haste to fabricate evidence, they
ignored quality and thereby humiliated themselves time and again. Now they are
treading the waters very carefully when presenting evidence. In fact, just to
be safe, they have now decided not reveal any evidence, as it "would
hamper their investigations". So whilst the investigations are ongoing, so
too are the bombardment of an innocent nation.
THE MUSLIM HAS NOTHING TO GAIN BY BOMBING THE
TWIN TOWERS... NOTHING AT ALL! THE ZIONISTS ON THE OTHER HAND SIT BACK AND
WATCH AS THE MUSLIMS AND CHRISTIANS KILL EACH OTHER... is this not consistent
with their modus-operandi? Ariel Sharon suddenly cancelled his planned
visit to New York on the 11 September 2001. Many Israelis that work at the
World Trade Centre didn't turn up for work on that fatal day. All these
coincidences took place September 11. Just prior to September 11 America
followed and supported ISRAEL'S "walk-out" of the World Conference
Against Racism.
Not only was ISRAEL called a racist state,
but was ALSO presented with an opportunity to DEFEND this CHARGE, which they
subsequently declined. Why did AMERICA also walkout since she wasn't on trial
here? What about the Zionism issue was AMERICA so offended by? Where were they
feeling RACISM? What are they guilty off? Why wasn't any other country
supporting ZIONISM? Even the World Jewry doesn't support ISRAEL AND ZIONISM.
Well now the NATO ARTICLE 5 stands and the other countries will support
AMERICA, and would inevitably be supporting ISRAEL!
Don't civilised people confer about IMPORTANT
"life-and-death" issues in a civilised way in the best interest of
mankind? Not throw tantrums and tear documents like overgrown kids and walk
away! The official that represented USA at the World Conference Against Racism
DID JUST THAT! This USA representative was supposed to be an educated,
sophisticated man, yet acted barbaric. His behaviour is indicative of his
mentality and that of those whom he represented on this fateful day.
American military is active in over 50
countries. It is clear that only America benefits from war. They have been
enjoying a "lap-of-luxury" for ten years now in Saudi-Arabia, since
their "Operation Desert Storm", and we all know how expensive their
presence has been in the Gulf. I see history repeat itself 10 years later if
the Taleban are defeated by the Americans. What will happen is the American
troops will have to stay on for many years to "protect" this country
and "restore order" in it. They will then put a "puppet"
regime to control Afghanistan and it's people in the long-term interests of
America, be it acquisition of Caspian-Sea natural resources or the annihilation
of Islam. This is America's own legitimate way of "colonising"
countries! America with its emphasis on Military operations is clearly
indicative of America's bloodthirstiness. Countless civilians have died all
over the world through America's military operations. Japan on the other hand
would rather send a mild-mannered businessman to the States armed only with a
Credit Card that will allow him to buy a whole street of companies like
Chrysler. Clearly America has another agenda. America's terror, like a faithful
dog or horse (Hi-ho silver!) followed her home on September 11.
WHY WAGE WAR ON AMERICA?
It is blatant that AMERICA is supporting
ZIONISM in all ways, eg. ISRAEL enjoys AMERICAN funding to the tune of hundreds
of billions of dollars per annum. These figures aren’t a secret and are
published in financial reports! Zionists are oppressors, and if they have
accomplices or friends that AID them, then it is logical that these friends and
accomplices are also oppressors. If America's leaders support Zionism's
oppression of Palestinians, then it is only logical that the people who voted
for and supported this President are also guilty of oppression. Because
Americans aren't concerned about the people who their country helps to OPPRESS,
then they should be reminded as to what oppression and terror feels like! The
AMERICANS must ensure that their leaders make proper decisions OR else FORCE
UNJUST leaders to step down and replace them with JUST ones. It is also the
duty of the taxpayers to make sure that their money is used for proper purposes
and not for funding OPPRESSION and terrorism, and have nothing to do with
mischief-mongers. Instead the AMERICANS are far too concerned with their
finances, sport and entertainment. They are so diverted from reality, and their
"fellow-feeling" has been so anaesthetised by their media, sport and
entertainment, that they are far less humane which results in them not being
able to feel nor hear the pleas of the world's majority whom are THE oppressed,
hungry and homeless people. So when they couldn't hear the pleas of those whom
America has helped oppress, it was decided that they definitely would hear the
sound of BOMBS! Many still awake in the middle of the night in a cold sweat
when they hear the bombs go off in their dreams.
Terrorism begins when a minority is
privileged at the expense of a majority impoverished and oppressed people. The
seeds of such a relationship bear women and men who will struggle (Jihad) and
sacrifice their time, money and blood to liberate the oppressed. These are the
people who choose humanity over themselves. Such people first engage in
peaceful protests and other means of liberating their people. When all else
fails, and hopelessness of the privileged identifying with the misery of the
majority's suffering sets in, then these men and women will do anything to
invoke the conscience of their oppressors, even if it means striking terror in
the hearts of their enemies and the enemies of God, for when you wrong and
oppress a people, then you have wronged God. These women and men ENJOIN GOOD
(liberation of the oppressed) and FORBID EVIL (oppression) and will continue
fighting oppression until it overcomes them or they overcome it, whichever
comes first.
‘Against
them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power, including steeds of
war, to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies of Allah and your
enemies.’
(Surat-al-Anfaal
(8), ayah 60)
When these women and men strike terror in the
hearts of their oppressors, then they are called "TERRORISTS" by the
minority that have been TERRORISING or helping others TERRORISE the deprived
majority. How ironic! To those that are being oppressed, these women and men
are called "LIBERATORS" or "FREEDOM FIGHTERS" that die as
MARTYRS, the most honourable and dignified of deaths. In fact, these women and
men pray that they die as martyrs at the hand of the oppressor. This is the
only reward they seek. All Israeli adults, male and female are military targets
since they are members of the Israeli army. The leaders must ensure that their
military personnel mustn’t integrate with civilians as this would endanger the
lives of the civilians.
OSAMA BIN LADEN
Osama Bin Laden is no guiltier of the
September 11 attacks on the WTC than you and I. His disposition is similar to
any ambitious millionaire being WANTED for a bank robbery when the real
culprits can't be found. In 1998, Bill Clinton ordered the bombing of
Afghanistan targets and a Medicine Manufacturer in Sudan on the suspicion that
Bin-Laden was behind the bombings of the American Embassies in East Africa. Br.
Osama being the terrorist mastermind that he supposed to be ought to have known
that Afghanistan would be targeted as a reprisal from September 11. Had it been
him, he would've prepared for reprisals by misleading the US in some way, so
that they wouldn't suspect him. It is still a mystery as to how 19 Arabs could
bypass all the security protocols since America has been suffering from
Islamaphobia for many years now. Even the movies such as Siege depicted such
atrocities. Many passengers on board the planes called relatives, but
surprisingly, nobody mentioned the race of the hijackers. What would be the
first thing you'd ask a loved one that is being held captive by hijackers? When
wouldn't it be important NOT to report on RACE? It wouldn't be important to
report on race when race isn't an issue. When wouldn't race be an issue? WHEN
IT IS YOUR OWN!
What is clear however is that Osama Bin-Laden
fully understands the agenda of the American presence in Muslim countries as
well as their future plans. He is aware of the problems being faced by the
Muslim Ummat and one of them is America's support of Israel. He also fully
understands why America and its allies are threatened by Islam. Here is a man
that has given up his life, blood and money for the cause of liberating Muslims
from America and its allies. Brother Osama needn't be there where he is right
now. Instead he could've bought a holiday island for himself and would've been
living a life of bliss, flanked by servants and other luxuries. He has chosen
to live his life according to the dictates of Islam, and particularly this ayat
from Al-Quran:
Say: If your fathers, your sons, your brothers, your
wives, you kin, the wealth you have earned, the commerce whose falling you
fear, and the dwellings in which you rejoice, are more beloved by you than
Allah and Allah’s messenger, and struggle in Allah’s way- then wait until Allah
brings His command; Allah does not guide an iniquitous people (Al-Qur’an 9:24)
Now just how many of us can truly live according to
the dictates presented in the above Quranic verse. If we can't then ALLAH (SWT)
warns us of "bringing Allah’s command". So it's fine for us to sit
within the confines of our offices and homes, fighting "cyber wars of
words", judging and criticising those that are prepared to die for Islam.
Rather let's audit our faith and look at what we've done for ISLAM and how have
we contributed. It is important to study the history of colonisation and why
wasn't Saudi-Arabia ever colonised. We have to understand why Islam stands in
the way of the West, Imperialism and Capitalism. The US through the media is
now setting the stage for condoning BIOLOGICAL WARFARE against Muslims, since
they are going to blame Muslims or Brother Osama for ANTHRAX-related deaths.
Incidentally, the above 1400 year-old-verse discusses economical fluctuation
and the concept of stock market crashes.
Regarding Jihad/Qital, I would like to quote
this verse from Quran:
"And
those who disbelieve, they are protecting friends one to another,
Unless you (O Muslims) protect one another there will be persecution
and great
corruption in the
land." (Al-Quran 8:73)
Here Allah defines the believer as the protecting friend/brother to
another. So how many believers are in a position to protect his/her brother?
How many believers have acquired the necessary apparatus, skills and strength
to protect each other? We can summise from this verse that if we weren’t in a
position to protect one another, then our status as believers would be
questioned. ALLAH further warns us as to what our lot will be if we don't
PROTECT each other! ALLAH further inspires us in Al-Quran with the following
verse:-
‘Against
them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power, including steeds of
war, to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies of Allah and your
enemies.’ (Surat-al-Anfaal (8), ayah
60)
One may ask what about Taleban's opposition,
the Northern Alliance, who are also our Muslim brothers? My greatest hope and
prayer is that WE UNITE for the sake of ALLAH! This what ALLAH says:-
The
Believers are but
A
single Brotherhood:
So make
peace and
Reconciliation
between Your
Two
(Contending) brothers;
And
fear God, that ye
May
receive Mercy. (Al-Qur’an 49:10)
But
if the Northern Alliance are going to align themselves with the enemies of
ISLAM, and take protectors of these infidels, then we'd have to fight them too,
and whoever cohorts with the enemy of Islam, such as the Pakistani government.
But if they choose peace over war then Allah advises us in the following verse.
“If
they withdraw from you and fight you not, but (instead) send you (guarantees
of) peace, then God
alloweth no way for you (to war against
them)" (Holy Qur'an 4:90)
“If the
enemy incline towards peace, do thou (also) incline towards peace, and trust in
God" (Holy Qur'an 8:61)
Regarding Br. Osama’s call for the expulsion
of the American Army and other non-Muslim armies from Muslim soil, Allah warns
us in Al-Quran:
"O
you who believe! Choose not your fathers nor your brethren for protectors if
they love disbelief over belief; whoever of you takes them for protectors, such
are wrong-doers.” ( Holy Qur’an 9:23)
“O ye who believe! Do not take as
confidants those who are not of you; they will not fail to cast disorder among
you; they are pleased by what troubles you. Hatred has been revealed out of
their mouths: what their breasts conceal is yet greater. We have made the signs
clear to you, if you would but understand.”
(Holy Qur’an 3:118)
Allah’s disposition is aptly stated in this
verse concerning the relationship between America, the Saudi and the Kuwaiti
Regimes. If we take PROTECTORS of non-believers, irrespective of whether they
are our brothers or fathers, then we are SINNERS. This also denotes that the
BOND based on the creed of ISLAM is more virtuous and noble than the BOND based
on BLOOD. ALLAH protects us here from our enemies, if we'd only reason. It is
in fact a BLESSING to rather have BELIEVERS protect us. We all know that TAIF
is an AMERICAN Naval base and pilgrims aren't allowed there. Instead of these
so-called "custodians of the Kaaba" getting Muslims to protect our
Holy Land, they'd rather spend billions of dollars on American protection. I'm
sure that many Muslims will give their lives for the protection of these Holy
Places. Isn't it an irony that these Americans who don't have any regard for
our Holy Sites, are the ones protecting it? Would a believing Muslim protect a
place of idol-worship? Would we?
"And why
should you not fight in the cause of Allah and of those who, being weak, are
ill-treated (and oppressed)? - Men, women, and children, whose cry is: 'Our
Lord! Rescue us from this town, whose people are oppressors; and raise for us
from You, one who will protect; and raise for us from You, one who will help.
" (Al-Qur’an 4:75)
‘O
Prophet! Urge the believers to fight. If there are twenty steadfast amongst
you, they will overcome two hundred, and if there be a hundred steadfast they
will overcome a thousand of those who disbelieve, because they (they
disbelievers) are people who do not understand’ (Surat-al-Anfaal (8), ayah 65)
The
situation in Palestine, Chechnya and Afghanistan is purely a cause for Jihad. I
have heard comments about Palestinians fighting over land, which is
materialistic, and that their struggle isn't based on Islamic tenets. I pray
that ALLAH guides those that don't understand what's happening around them just
as ALLAH has guided Br. Osama bin Laden, and to those that don't understand the
reason for Jihad, ALLAH (SWT) clearly defines when Jihad has to be undertaken
in the following Quranic verses:
"Permission
(to fight) is given to those upon whom war is made because they are oppressed,
and most surely Allah is well able to assist them. (They are) those who have
been expelled from their homes in defiance of right,- (for no cause) except
that they say, "our Lord is Allah". Did not Allah check one
set of people by means of another, there would surely have been pulled down
monasteries, churches, synagogues, and mosques, in which the name of Allah is
commemorated in abundant measure. Allah will certainly aid those who aid HIS
(cause);- for verily Allah is full of Strength, Exalted in Might, (able to
enforce His Will)." (Surat-al-Hajj
(22), ayah 39-40)
“Allah does not
forbid you to deal with those who have not fought against you in religion, and
have not expelled you from your homes, that you should treat them with kindness
and justice, for indeed, Allah loves the just. He forbids you only those who
fought against you in religion, and expelled you from your homes, and helped to
expel you, that you should take them as friends.” (Qur’an.60:8).
Allah
clearly commands us to make enemies of those that fight us in religion as well
as if they expel us from our homes as is currently being done by ISRAEL and
that we must make enemies of those who assist these oppressors, as is America's
relationship with Israel. Without America’s help, Israel wouldn’t have been
able to butcher so many Palestinians.
According
to Islam, it is HARAM for a Muslim to take his own life. So what is the
position pertaining to all those who have sacrificed their lives as a means of
liberating their people from oppression? At this juncture, I'd like to set the
record straight pertaining to the very controversial "SUICIDE
BOMBER".
We
have to start with the meaning of the word SUICIDE. SUICIDE means to willfully end one’s life out of despair and
hopelessness. Suicide is HARAAM because the perpetrator REJECTS the MERCY and
BLESSINGS of his Creator, and isn't prepared to rise above the trials that he
is exposed to. Rather, he chooses to end his life based on hopelessness. He
doesn't even appreciate the gift he got from his Lord, this gift called LIFE.
This is why Islam prohibits suicide.
The
"SUICIDE BOMBER" on the other hand, carries out an operation called
"AMALIYAT ISHTISH-HADIYA", which in ARABIC means "a request for
MARTYRDOM through self-sacrifice operations". Here, the bomber is
sacrificing his or her life, not out of despair and hopelessness, but out of
the hope that he or she can LIBERATE the oppressed, and contribute to the
DECAPITATION of OPPRESSION. This operation is carried out in the hope that they
will make a difference to those whom they choose above themselves. This bomber
affirms all this prior to undertaking the mission, in a ritual called the
"NIYAT" or INTENTION. He only seeks God's felicity and the liberation
of his fellow beings. This type of activity contradicts the meaning of suicide
as we know it, hence it can't be called suicide. It should be called "self-sacrifice
operations" or something.
Humble
towards the believers and stern towards the unbelievers, fighting in the way of
Allah, and never afraid of the blame of the blamers. That is the grace of
Allah, which He bestows on whom He will.’ (Surat-al-Maa’idah-5:54)
The
Muslim Ummah will never attain VICTORY until WE LOVE what we have been bestowed
with (ALLAH, MUHAMMED SAW, UMMAH, QURAN, JIHAD, etc.) MORE than our ENEMIES
LOVE what they wish they could have(SUPREMACY, WEALTH, POWER, etc.)
So what now?
The
Muslim Ummat is in a great peril and have to unite and struggle for the benefit
of Muslims in particular and mankind in general. By struggling and identifying
with our brothers and sisters that are being oppressed, we will be able to make
a difference to the success of this Ummat in this world and the next. It is the
duty and mission of every Muslim to lead mankind by the light of Islam.
‘And if you turn
your backs, Allah will replace you with another people, and they will not be
like you.’ (Surat-Muhammad (47), ayah 38)
Here
are few pointers as to how a Muslim should react to all this:
1. Make
du'a as much as possible, especially after each of the five daily salah, and
always remember our brothers and sister at all times by constantly thinking
about them and by discussing their plight and peril with others. Go to bed with
their suffering in mind and awaken with concern for their well-being.
2. Boycott
all products of our enemies, viz. the Jews, Americans and not forgetting the
boycott of Indian movies too. We must remember that by supporting the products
of our enemies, we'd be funding their military campaigns, since part of their
budget goes to military operations. We could be guilty of paying for those
bullets that are killing our Muslims daily.
3. If
you are an American, British, or Pakistani citizen, then you should have the
democratic right to influence the activities of your governments. Use these rights
constructively. If you aren't any of the above-mentioned citizens, then
pressurise your governments into imposing sanctions on America, Britain and
Israel since they kill innocent people.
4. Differentiate
us in all ways from our enemies. How is ALLAH going to help us if we act and
behave just like the enemies? If we aren't any different from them, then ALLAH
might just as well forsake us or help them as well! The greater the difference
through the adoption of our Islamic identity and ethics the greater chance we
have of ALLAH's help. We must act and think in a way that's opposite to their’s
at all times.
5. Prepare
for the protection of the Muslim UMMAH, by developing and preserving you
strength. Join Jihad campaigns and try to go wherever necessary to help fight
oppression until it overcomes you or you overcome it! If your country considers
it a crime to aid the Muslims, as is in the case of South Africa, then remember
it would better to answer to these judges in this world, than be answerable to
the Judge of judges, Allah (SWT) in the next world. Remember, we aren’t on the
brink of war, but in the middle of it! So RISE to the OCCASION, Oh Muslim!
6. Soon
it will be the December holidays and many have saved money to go on holidays
and have fun. Can we engage in frivolity when our brothers and sisters are
cold, starving and homeless? Let’s feel for them and sacrifice from that which
Allah has bestowed upon us. Let’s be charitable at least. Use your money and
persons for the relief of the suffering. Allah promises to replace it. Maybe
sponsor a brother or two that wants to engage in Jihad. Oh Muslim! Oh Believer!
In this there would be a great blessing, Insha-Allah! The Prophet (SAW) has
said, “He is not a Muslim who doesn’t wish upon
his brother what he wishes upon himself”. We have established earlier that all Muslims are brothers. Oh! I
hope that we don’t all have to experience oppression before we can relate to
the plight of the oppressed.
Ye should believe in Allah and His messenger, and should strive for the cause of Allah with your wealth and your lives(blood). That is better for you, if ye did but know. (AL-Quran 61-11)
OSADAMA bin HOOSEIN
Sadam Hoosein enjoys a bad reputation amongst
both Muslims and Non-Muslims alike. We Muslims mustn’t assume the task of
judging one another for this is the task of ALLAH. What we should concern
ourselves with is the well being of the MUSLIM-UMMAH at large, who are
currently a displaced ummah residing in refugee camps. It is compulsory for
Muslims to fight our enemies whether it is in IRAQ, CHECHNYA, PALESTINE,
KASHMIR, AFGHANISTAN, UZBEKISTAN, and NIGERIA etc. The enemy is one and the
UMMAH is ONE! The opportunity to fight evil will exist right until Kiyamah, and
we have to fight evil until it overcomes us or we overcome it, whichever comes
first. It is also FARD/OBLIGATORY to prepare to fight EVIL, and to fight evil
wherever it exists.
The Prophet, on him be peace, said that we
must support our Muslims whether they are wrong or right. Upon being asked how
could we support one that is wrong, he replied to the effect that we support
our brothers and sisters that are wrong by preventing them from doing wrong,
and by educating and guiding them to enjoin good and forbid evil.
The Muslim fights for ALLAH’s WILL to prevail
on this earth, whilst our enemies fight for their own selfish SUPREMACY on
EARTH. ALL SOVEREIGNITY and SUPREMACY and GLORY is for ALLAH, and ALLAH alone.
ALLAH IS OUR GOAL, And the PROPHET (SAW) is our EXAMPLE
The QURAN is our CONSTITUTION, JIHAD is our MEANS
And DYING in the PATH OF ALLAH is the HIGHEST of OUR ASPIRATIONS
There is no God but ALLAH and Muhammad (SAW) is Allah’s Messenger.
ISLAM is our RELIGION.
WE Live by IT, and we will DIE by IT, and with IT we will meet
ALLAH…
