| The 1998 Shoalhaven Chambourcin was late picked and then cool fermented with a Burgundian yeast and aged for nine months in American Oak. This resulted in a wine with raspberry and plum aromas and a spicy palate with traces of raspberry and violets. Soft tannins have developed and the wine has a long acid finish. 12.2% Alcohol |
