Our wedding took place on Saturday, June 9, 2007; in Gatlinburg, Tennesee on the beautiful grounds of
Minister Rob Bremer's home. It included a charming gazebo and a wonderful, little waterfall that truly made for wonderful background "music", as Carl and I said our vows to each other.

After the ceremony, Rob took some wonderful pictures of me and Carl (there is a story behind the pictures, though I won't tell, but it does involve a delete button...LOL).

After the pictures were taken, Carl and I went to Texas Roadhouse for our wedding dinner. Though, I'm sure it may be unusal, Texas Roadhouse has sentimental meaning for me and Carl. It was where we had our first date and where Carl proposed to me (though it was the Texas Roadhouse in Roseville, Michigan and not in Gatliburg). Our waitress, Beth, was a real sweetie! Obviously by the way we were dressed and the fact that we had a small wedding cake with us (courtesy of Rob), she concluded that we were, indeed, celebrating a wedding. Beth took care of everything for us and she even included a free dish of ice cream after our meal, to go along with our cake.

After dinner, we rode through town, then headed back to our beautiful chalet, where we changed into our regular clothes. We then took a ride through the Smoky Mountain National Park and saw some amazing views of the mountains.

It was a beautiful, wonderful day with a great week to follow,
that we will always cherish in our hearts and memories!
