To shield me from pain that can't be erased.
No more from this pain, will I feel
Those emotions I thought were so very real.
My heart will no longer feel the strain
Of a happiness that will no longer come again.
To feel the emotion of a broken heart
Won't be felt, if it never starts.
The wall grows higher, thicker and dense
To love just to hurt, doesn't make sense.
My heart will be forever encased
For the love, that will never be chased.
For now, my heart will never be broken
Or hear the words that will never be spoken.
To miss the love that I'll never face
