Rules:
1. You may only enter one piece of artwork.
2. Only hand-drawn pictures scanned into the computer or graphic art will be accepted. (No paintings, sculptures, etc.)
3. The artwork must be made by you. Only origianl work will be accepted.
4. 3 Prizes will be handed out, one for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. If you are an NCC member and you place, you also get a reserve from my next litter. :) If you are not an NCC member, I can make you a foundation dog for your web page, signature, etc. The dog must be one of the following breeds: Collie, Shetland Sheepdog, Dachshund, Anatolian Shepherd, Australian Shepherd, Pharoah Hound or Labrador Retriever.
5. There are no limits to the size, but please be reasonable. Don't make it huge, or too tiny for me to see.
6. The artwork must be of a dog or another animal of your choice in a costume.
7. I would appreciate it if the image was in .gif or .jpeg format so that its easier for me.
8. The entries must be in by Friday, May 5. No late entries will be accepted. E-mail all entries to [email protected]
