Rules

1. You must follow NCC's rules when adopting.
2. When adopting, please fill out the entire adoption form, including the "comments" section.
3. This is not a click-and-take site. You must apply for a puppy/dog and then I send the dog to you through an e-mail. Do NOT steal my work and claim it is yours!
4. You must have an e-mail and be able to receive e-mail attachments, reasons stated above.
5. Don't change my dogs show names, remove my kennel's prefix from their name or add your own kennel name to their show name. You may change their call names, unless otherwise stated.
6. You MUST have a working web page, preferably a kennel. No expage, neopets, etc. allowed. Your web page must be child-safe.
7. You have a week to put your dog up after I send it to you. If you have not put it up in a week's time, I will put it back up for adoption.
8. If, for whatever reason, you can't keep the dog, you must return it to me. 9. You may only adopt 1 puppy per litter. If the puppy is in the pound, you can adopt it at any time. You may adopt up to 3 pound dogs per week.
10. All my dogs are in gif. format and have transparent backgrounds, please do not edit them. If you have a GOOD reason to edit them (such as resizing), you MUST first obtain my permission. I insist that no colour information be lost.
11. Only NCC members may adopt NCC puppies or dogs.
12. Our policy on reserving puppies is the following: I get first pick. The the owner of the stud (if I use one) gets second pick, the breeder of the bitch gets gets third, the breeder of the dog gets fourth, there may be other reservations also. After that, the rest of the pups are put up for adoption. In order to keep your pup reserved, you must respond within one week of me sending you the e-mail that your puppy is available.
13. I reserve the right to take my dogs back at any time if I find that you are not following rules or that you are not an active member of a cyber dog club.
14. You must link the dog back to my site, or put a link next to it back to my site.
15. If you breed one of my dogs, you must reserve me a pup from every litter. I may not always take one, but I would like the option. To prove you have read these rules, put "Snowboarding is a painful sport" in the subject line of your e-mail.
16. NCC dogs MUST be registered with the NCC within a month of their adoption, unless registrations are down for whatever reason. If this is the case, I expect them to be registered within a month of registrations being back up again. Registration includes them being registered under your name and active.
