| On the afternoon of 01-15-09, the Humeston Fire Dept responded to a call at the Wayne Thomas residence, west of Cambria. The homeowner was using a heat lamp to thaw out frozen pipes under the house and this resulted in a fire. Allerton, Corydon and Garden Grove were called for assistance. The fire was contained to the laundry room area. The fire took place on a day that temperatures did not climb above 0 degrees farenheit. | |||||||||||||
